Returns & Refund Policy
All product returns must be in its original packaging with any warranty seals intact.
For all items believed to have been damaged in transit, all package contents must be photographed and kept for returning to the courier company. This includes all wrapping & packaging.
Return shipping will be your responsibility, we do not refund return shipping.
If the product is not faulty there will be a 15% restocking fee payable.
All returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are given in form of replacement, store credit or gift cards only unless otherwise required by law.
